Tesla Energy deployed 9.4 GWh of energy storage batteries in Q2 That is approx’ 8kt of LCE. Annualized that is the equivalent of over 200kt of SC6.
ESS ramping, it appears.
Apparently 200GWh of ESS batteries per year, will be required to meet Renewable energy deployment needs. That is approx’ 170kt of LCE or 1.28Mt of SC6.
That figure doesn’t include residential ESS, just grid scale systems.
