Your post shows that you lack the knowledge necessary to make an intelligent decision on the matter of battery technology.
It is a matter of Physics and electrochemistry that Sodium batteries can NEVER have anywhere near the energy density of Lithium batteries. Three proton ions will be superior to 23 proton ions, when it comes to energy density, EVERY time. Period. No matter how much sodium ion batteries improve, lithium ion batteries will be able to utilize the same basic tech, with lithium's inherent physical superiority, and will be superior.
Unless someone figures-out how to utilize either Hydrogen or Helium ions for battery tech, Lithium will ALWAYS be the superior physical material for use in batteries, at least when it comes to energy density.
Sodium ion batteries MAY displace a considerable amount of lithium's potential market in the ESS market, where weight won't be an important factor the way it is in EVs, but as far as the EV market goes, sodium ion batteries are near useless, except for very small cars to be utilized for very short range usage.
