Why the market does what it does is anyone's guess.
Maybe it was the downgrade, maybe it was the combination of the dow grade and the news articles being promoted at the same time.
I think the incentives becoming law is new news, and the expansion beyond the 4 projects is new news. Just furthers adds to negative sentiment.
