The volume isn’t actually low. So far today, volume approx’ 14M. Average daily volume in FY 2025 so far, is approx’ 20M. Average daily volume YTD is approx’ 21M. Average daily volume in FY2024 was approx 25M.
So volume on these latest lows has been decreasing which could, I stress could, indicate the downtrend is weakening after some higher volume sell offs. The same as weakening volume in an uptrend can indicate a possible reversal is imminent.
Today looks like being another average volume day for YTD.
