SA. I have addressed that multiple times. Nationalised assets, water problems and basket case economies will continue to hamper expansion in the near term. Most of the existing expansions are baked in. Many future expansions require DLE and we all know how much production is likely coming from DLE this decade. I’ll say it. F¥€£ All.
