Its inflation that is the problem in the USA which inturn is keeping interest rates high which stops people from financing Tesla vehicles. So it makes sense to attack inflation so interest rates can come down. Trumps policy is to attack inflation which Elon would want. Musk grew up in South Africa which was extremely religious and conservative back in those days. He's mom would be very religious and have conservative views. That's only my opinion as the ratio of religious conservatives back then were very high.
Lower interest rates benefits most economic activity in all countries and businesses. PLS will be fine and is a great story.
