I've bought 70,000 shares in the past five weeks (I only had 30,000 shares, before), and I just put in another order for 100,000 shares, even though I don't know that the US float can accommodate that order. I hope that your "gnashing of teeth" comment wasn't directed towards me, or those like me, because I've been playing the slow accumulation game for over a year, and only recently decided that we are probably FINALLY near a bottom, and finally pulled the trigger on all of my investable-in-LTR cash.

I happen to appreciate that "Donald J. Trump" is most concerned with looking important. His only ideology is self-aggrandizement.

Unlike what most people in Oz seem to believe, Trump's most likely play in Re: EVs, once the election is over, is to spend the rest of the IRA money, ASAP, and blame Biden for not moving fast enough or doing enough to keep-up with China, blah, blah, blah, I'm better than that loser, blah, blah, blah, look at me, and all the ribbon-cuttings I'm attending on Biden's dime, blah, blah, blah!
