Of course, Trump is not going to go on record as saying, 'I am anti EV'. He's no genius, but neither is he a moron.
Elon won't care either way, because Trump is going to slap a 60% tariff on all goods coming from China, including EV's.
Since you're pro market, then you should be against that 60% tariff.
If you are an Australian, you should also be against the 10% tariff that Trump will apply to Australian imports, in spite of our FTA and the fact that the balance of trade between our countries already heavily favours the US.
