Chinese stimulus must be spent by year end. Subsidies for new energy and gas cars doubled . New Energy make up around 50% of car sales . Hybrid sales outselling full EV. Stimulus to be shared across other segments like appliances and manufacturers. . So how much extra lithium supply is this stimulus going to take out of the market ??.
