I don't know what they're telling you guys in Oz, but what Trump ACTUALLY said was that he can't wait to debate Kamala, and in fact, would like to debate her at least twice, but that he won't schedule a debate with her until she is actually the official nominee, because right now, she isn't.
Of course, in typical Trump fashion (not a pretty fashion), he then noted that he had beaten Biden so badly in the first debate that his party forced him out as their duly-elected nominee in a "coup," and that he didn't want the DNC to pull Harris for another candidate after he beats her in similar fashion.
