Better to be the 10 tonne gorilla rather than the 1 tonne gorilla. Same thematic played out in iron ore, the big players just got bigger and smaller players got gobbled up. As someone else said supply will come out of market of high cost producers. Perfect storm if PLS grows and moves further to bottom left on cost curve.
