The uptick in % over the last few weeks could mean that they are finding it harder/greater effort to control the price in their target range.
All good.....the more they spend the more they need to pay in cost and cover ...... and the bigger the bang when that happens.
IMO. I think Friday and fear of ? (shadows) over a weekend is holding it back today. I think that 3.11 barrier will go without a whimper next week and the target will be 3.26+ to cross the creek.
Time will tell, patience required.
