Interesting to think about who might want a stake or a takeover...
Rio has battled to get into Lithium... and needs something substantial and ideally producing or soon to market
Greenbushes might be an option, but doesn't use the $ that Rio has to develop
Sigma - a little small, but could grow by acquisitions in the area
With PLS going to 2 million tons, in an area Rio knows well... could PLS be a takeover target. I recall KB saying many years ago that the PLS share registry would not allow a take over..not sure if that is still the case
