If PLS succed as expected moving in to Brazil they are likely to need to raise cash to fund the project finance. Given there is no DFS and approvals and the incumbent failed to secure funding we will either be asked to undertake a raise , hopefully SPP given our share price fall over the last 12 months or the company will take on debt and dividends will be delayed for 2-3 years
