Back again with your inferior Sodium battery story. And a fantasy story it is when comparing cost, lifespan and and fast charging. Whatever they come up with in sodium battery advancements, it will be trumped by advancements in Lithium batteries.
Take lifespan.
Currently, sodium batteries have a charging cycle of around 5,000 times, whereas lithium-iron phosphate batteries (a type of lithium-ion battery) can be charged between 8,000-10,000 times.
Charging, well, as we know, Lithium is 3 on the periodic table and trumps Sodium, Na, 11, every time. Whatever they come up with, scientists will do it better with Lithium.

Cost, well see below. Negligible and when you take into account other factors like energy density and cycle life, it actually ends up being more expensive.
