Yea that is not how it works at all on a $1B account or with a $1B loan from a consortium of lenders.
PLS now has a P/E OVER 30 with an annual profit growth of NEGATIVE 89%. You have $1.5B in additional dilution to the EV coming shortly which will push any financial metrics out even further and there is no way PLS is not going to be called on to cap raise to manage the $1B debt they just took out.
It would be insane to think this is going to offer better than market returns let alone any returns. 22% shorted!
