As I said, I can't read the announcements and understand basic English FOR YOU. I am simply stating basic facts, there is no context, interpretation.
The 30+ P/E at PLS is just getting worse. Profits are going down, dilution is increasing = P/E increasing at the expense of a worse business position = wayyyy OVERVALUED and becoming more so. Basic reading and addition. Don't hurt yourself.
