PLS gifted LRS shareholders and shafted PLS shareholders with dilution on an already insanely inflated market cap and project likely mothballed shelved for the rest of the decade at least
Great move here. Next thing they will take out $1B in debt and tap the market to raise to service said debt... oh wait!
