Yes, highly potential risks in those environments. Environmental aquifer risks for the brine boys in SA are one thing; another is a flooding rain event - not out of the question, given world weather patterns/events are becoming a lot more...sporadic and...unseasonal. We get a something like that in the Atacama and the shorts will drown. Wait by the river long enough and all your enemies will float passed. Flood over the Atacama or not, this is how PLS is playing the game.
