clearly not on lithium hydroxide factories .. thank goodness. Albermarle is shutting there's down in Australia so I don't think we want to go down that route.
But they still have some sort of JV with POSCO where they have taken out a US$460m debt facility with the Korean company and as result will end up with 18% of a lithium hydroxide factory down the track.
Plus, they have joined with Gangfeng in some sort of feasibility study to make a factory somewhere.
So clearly at some stage, PLS was or is thinking about down stream processing.
so if they haven't really spent much on lithium hydroxide factories, what have they spent the $810m on?
as far as I can see $231m has gone on development and sustaining cap ex...

ie $513m - $282m = $231m
I wonder what the other $579m spent on
ie $$810 - $231 = $579
crushing machines maybe?
