You should know that PLS has a JV with POSCO for a lithium hydroxide conversion plant in South Korea. Train 1 was opened at the end of November 2023. This is still listed as "in ramp up" 9 months after opening. It appears to be a slow process to get these plants going. Maybe not easy, just a slow process or having issues.
PLS has 18% with the option to increase its stake to 30%. This is common knowledge.
This may be the "hydroxide factory" you are looking for.
