The simple answer IMO is Instos and deep pocketed investors with long term ideals - that is why PLS is being soo shorted atm - so that 'they' can accumulate. As we all know Lithium is currently in limbo, it's a situation ideal for shorting whilst the market is awaiting the associated industries to really gear up with the inevitable demand and re-rated pricing that will follow.
It is turning into a longer term game than most here anticipated - but for those who can/are able to hold this stock long term the anticipated rewards will come.
