Now take many of the retail plebs here. We got in early, way way back, and this shiteshow has been seen before, as well as the daily attendance of dumb money retail shorters. Luckily, us retail plebs who did get in early, have a front row seat with multi multi bag profits and for some, year's worth of retirement income already paid in dividends, enough to pay for the popcorn.

So from your post above, it appears that China isn't expanding capacity and reserves that well, if the CATL shutting of Leshitolite mines is true. I suppose there is only so much pain you can take as a vertically integrated producer.

All this fuss about Lithium and the cost of EV's when a doubling of the Lithium price to $20kt for LCE would only add $500 US to the cost of a Tesla. Dumb money really gets sucked in by false narratives don't they.
