The theory could go something like this, keep the price of Lithium that incentivises keeping mines open and growing but not too high that causes high prices for input to battery material costs. Producers who can expand volume (PLS) will benefit from this the most as the margins may not be as great as the COVID Lithium cycle but our valuations can be based on volume.
Smaller miners and developers have no chance.
