Yes, many articles have stated that China manipulates the price of Li. But they never supported their claim or accusation with any evidence - anecdotal or otherwise.
That is the fact.
On the other hand, I have shown here several pieces of circumstantial evidence that contradict their claim, like the one you just responded to.
