Yes that's true - but in my humble opinion, this would be less likely, as the increase in the stock price might more likely be attributed to the cut in interest rates in the US, the China stimulus package, and the resulting increased price in lithium, as well as increase in Chinese EVs. I would lean towards seeing this Block Sale as the false flag (in it were) rather than the other way around. But I guess we can tell in a few days if it has effected the shorts, and shorts are decreased. But otherwise... I have little idea... and your guess is as good as mine.
