I've had a brief look back at the past few months of daily charts for some of the other ASX lithium stocks just to see how the sector itself is tracking since the recent run-up lasted last year.
Many (PLS included) have bounced off a resistance line multiple times and are otherwise range trading.
The whole sector is consolidating and waiting for confirmation of it's next move. Some big positions are being taken for a big move in my opinion.
I feel the entire sector will experience another boom soon-ish, and all lithium stocks will benefit. The real winners find their place in a long term uptrend (PLS) as the pretenders are weeded out.
