Don’t worry MS, the Canadians have been mining in the frozen wastelands since the 18th century. The mines serviced by all weather roads have no trouble digging or trucking product in the James Bay region.
In order to keep the ore free of ice before it goes through the concentrator, they have giant ore domes.
