The only DLE project in operation (although hybrid) is LTMs' Arg project (previously Livent's project), which has been operating for quite some time, thus no other DLE that I am aware of. You mention RIO consider DLE low cost, well there were 2 or 3 projects that announced DFS over the past year or so, all of which reported costs about 30% above traditional brine operations costs. Maybe its due to scale, however, most companies quote low costs in the DFS for finance reasons, etc.
