Yep, last I read, there has been a few studies covering the issue of pumping water back to its origin (well fresh water free of agents, etc). The whole process depends on getting that right, to my way of thinking - its a bet, but, if anyone can solve that, RIO can or at least they can afford to pour a whole lot of smackeroos down the toilet, once again a bet....
