As stated $50 bill is a good start, but let's not forget that China has a 10yr lead on the world, and the fact the US has stated they want to catch up to China and be an exporter of clean tech and e-mobility this decade, thus they will need to spend more over a shorter period, just to catch up.
$50 bill would be a big deal for Oz economy, but it's a drop in the bucket for the US, in reality.
