State controlled businesses. I sold my PLS shares at $4 because I believed that there was a significant risk that large organisations, acting in self interest, and who are good at what they do, would try their hardest to suppress prices. In 2021/22, China even announced it was setting up a department to suppress prices.
Prices are now low. Go figure...
