    You do understand that the "people" still get their royalties even if the mine is loss making, right? So there is still benefit to the people - just not the investors.

    Not going to get into a debate about the merits of capitalism vs socialism.

    PLS operates under Australian laws and by extention values. I do however understand it is frustrating for investors to be involved in a market where the vast majority of the product heads to a planned economy. It was possibly equally frustrating for the Chinese a couple of years ago when they might have liked the Australian government to put a cap on pricing.

    I regularly read pumpers in the Lithium space referring to WA as a tier 1 jurisdiction as a benefit. The type of government intervention being suggested could see WA lose that status due to sovereign risk.
