You're being rather conservative there, RDL, with a TO premium of 30% over $2.60c. At a bare minimum I would suggest that 50% to start would be reasonable before the commencement of a Dutch auction by competitors comes in to play to drive the premium up to circa 100%. One has to factor in the potential income value over the LOM when considering an offer for this pretty young nubile who's performance and quality has already been tried and tested- May I start the bidding...
