Even longer to get to full on spec production. Average is 5 years from what BMI has captured.
Being a minority holder is perhaps not to bad in a growing market were POSCO will be struggling to increase output without input, we can throttle that part and in effect have lever to pull.
Agree, i want something asap that way we can get things moving. Yesterday sounds good to me.
