Yeah, lots of work ahead, and DLE will slow it's progress, thus wouldn't expect commercial production before 2028, at best. While RIO will have no problem with funding the development, if they want to participate in supplying the market this decade, I can't understand why they not using conventional extraction methods. Having said that, it would be slim pickings tying to find projects that do not need a DLE process to be economic, most of the good ones are gone.
