Given a strategic partner on board, do you mind putting your take on how the spod feed would be delivered to the 50/50 JV Co, meaning could the spod be delivered at cost, say $270pt if JV Co is built here in Oz.
The 50/50 JV Co would provide strong leverage wrt "spod only" offtake customers, significantly de-risking that side of the business, in that, the company could take that feed and expand hydroxide trains if they don't honor agreements, or decide to purchase their spod elsewhere.
