I think it's 10kg of LCE per car or thereabouts which is Lithium Carbonate Equivalent, supply crunch is coming so is "green" hard rock lithium. Big mining equipment is being built with a focus on smaller CO2 footprint Volvo electric trucks, FMG green hydrogen power mining will become "greener" but let's be realistic here even Vulcan has to use chemicals roadways and refined metals such as steel, stainless steel, RO water ( artificial membranes). The term green is relative and even the CO2 calcs are a bit iffy - you have to do it and we need to improve but when it gets down to who is causing less environmental impact you are splitting hairs. What happens when the aquifer starts to be depleted- sink wholes towns disappearing- lakes start drying up on the other side of the Andes etc Yeah that was deliberate
