Correct. I put a bit into Vanguard Index funds....for risk/diversification etc. but my belief is if you want life changing you got to put some bait out to catch a big fish.
Index funds aren't going to "accelerate" your wealth quickly....the majority of my capital has gone to Vanguard but "hooking" PLS has been very significant for my family even with bugger all shares compared to many on here, haven't locked anything yet though, I think it "could" be a $10.00 stock in the next 24-36 months.
BUT you have to be prepared for some losses/risk, locked in a hefty loss on AUZ the other day when the announced a consolidation (they haven't ended well for me in the past). Also siting on losses in a FinTech play along with VIC, now JAV. But PLS has blown all of those losses to hell at its current price. Now to find the next PLS in the making....and looking to a graphite play and the looming shortage in that space, hope it pays off like PLS.
