Last year i bought in 4c. I think today at 12C there are better juniors for a lazy few grand but when it was 4c it was a speculation.
Besides all the forecast has been so wrong on low side, I dont think we need to wait till 2030 for a boom in recycling lithium.
PS the first batteries to be bulked recycled will be portables devices and such, later on when EV are scrapped it will bebonanza
