Recycling from portable devises wont move the needle from a big picture supply perspective, and I'm not suggesting there isn't any available batteries to recycle, but as said, will need to wait for the economic volumes from EV batteries, which after an 8 year useful life in an EV, the cells will see second life in stationary storage, so 2031 for EV batteries produced in 2018, and so on.
