Morning g12.Its a bit hard to know exactly as i have to use google translate to get those articles so possible translation issue and also the chinese tend to report in terms of the next catalyst for change,in this case the spring festival.From what ive been reading supply will remain tight first half of this year with some analyst's expecting it to ease as more supply becomes available.Personally, i dont subscribe to that as demand is growing exponentially for all things lithium.Its really only Wodgina and CXO(Core) that are expected to be producing by years end and although there is some reported progress toward mining in the US,Uk and Europe,i take those forecasts with a grain of salt.
I say buckle up mate,its going to be a hell of a ride for the next 2 years at least.
