BP. They have the real estate, just need to upgrade electrical infrastructure to supply fast charger peak load. Possibly battery bank to supplement supply which could import during off peak or slow periods when no cars are on chargers and then supplement supply from grid when EV's are charging. Grid distribution network would need augmentation also.
Good luck finding a fuel station in 2030-40. The boot will be on the other foot. "You cannot go on a long weekend or tow your boat with a diesel car".
