There are a “fair few” people who began jumping on board 1yr ago when we started to take off who will be taking profits for Cap Gains discount around now too… we went from 30c to $1 in 3months around this time last year.
Will be lots of selling and taking profits on a rolling basis from those newbies from now on… softening the SP.
Long term I’m confident we’ll achieve over $5 - “people” are vastly underestimating the time it takes to build and commission any new plant (not factoring in cost/labour/materials blowouts because of inflation) and bring it up to speed. Any new lithium supply also has to be qualified before it is accepted which is itself a lengthy process.
Holding tight. It will soften short term but it will bounce back stronger.
