I prefer not to even think about WW3, and that is a stretch IMO. There's always market uncertainties, which the media outlets jump on, hyping doom and gloom, when in fact there's nothing new, in that the world has dealt with the same problems time and time again, therefore 3% fact relevant and 97% noise.

Back to lithium, yes, all the issues you mention are leading to extended period of deficits. The incumbent and near term producers will muddle through, and bring on the much needed supply, albeit delayed as you say, which obviously exacerbates the deficits, that is why we are watching lithium prices hit ATH's almost daily, for which those higher prices will compensate for lower production.
