A committee in the government of Chile has recommended to the new
Socialist government that their Constitution be modified to include language
that nationalizes the foreign lithium operations. The vote was 11 for 3 against
and 3 abstains. If this comes to fruition, which is likely, do folks really think
Argentina is just going to sit on their hands and not want to get a bigger piece
of the action. History says otherwise.
