Agree with most of that. Definitely a long way to go as the EV evolves. Think progress will be fairly slow in Aus though. It may surprise you that we already have a Tesla in the family - my son has the latest and greatest - The acceleration is frightening - not that that's good for anything unless you're on the racetrack. Won't be giving up the keys to my R/Rover in a hurry though especially when it averages between 7-8 ltr/100km. As for comfort and ride Tesla is like a toy in comparison. I note your obsession with Sky News. When I have watched it I note they air opinions of the Left and the Right - an unusual approach in comparison to most Aus media outlets.
