That is because of the likes of McQ bank and other BEOTs interference - PLS cheaper than AKE.
Smash it with HFT, accumulate it from the nervous nellies, spruik it to re-gain market confidence, cream profits.
Left to un-manipulated market forces PLS should demonstrate a more realistic price (estimates anyone?)
