Here's my theory:
Right now: there is no demand for the spot market. Converter are drawing down inventory.
Those with spare inventory, are selling amongst themselves on the spot market, and significanty reduced prices, purely to artificially drop the spot price.
Until there is genuine demand and competition for lithium, carb prices will continue to drop.
