They have already done the training that enables them to work on BEVs.
As I said, they are a pragmatic bunch. Purchasing a hybrid for their personal use is hardly going to keep their businesses open.
As an electrical engineer that has spent most of my career working in the distribution and generation sectors, I'm not sure what you mean by "electrical course", but I'm sure you feel it is somehow relevant.
